I want to recommend the book Baby Boot Camp: Basic Training for the First Six Weeks of Motherhood by Rebecca Ingram Powell. This book and Baby Wise are the reason I survived the first 2 months!!

Taking Charge of Your Fertility is an amazing book and I learned SO much about my cycle. I highly recommend it as it worked for us in the last couple months
