    All through my first pregnancy, I read how horrid it was to be induced and have to have the shots to slow you down etc etc etc.  Well, that happened to me both times!  Both kids had to be jump-started and both had to be slowed down and no one was worse off for it.  I just remember not clenching my teeth to push, but to push my tongue up against the roof of my mouth during the push..also helped stifle the screaming.  :)
